    World Wide Web Exercises

    Question 1
    Search the Web for project communications. Summarize at least one Web site and compare it to what was presented in this chapter. What new insights did you get from this Web site?

    Search the Web for effective listening. Identify several helpful techniques that were not presented in this chapter.

    Question 3
    Search the Web for effective meetings. Identify several helpful techniques that were not presented in this chapter. In addition, identify at least one tool that allows you to run electronic or on-line meetings. Describe the features of this tool.

    Question 4
    Search the Web for project reports. Print out and describe at least one Web site that discusses methods for writing effective project reports.

    Question 5
    To improve communications, many projects today have their own Web site. Search the Web for at least one Web-based project management tool. Describe what this tool does. Do you think a tool such as the one you described can be effective in improving project communications?
