A new tip policy at Wynn Las Vegas designed to give portions of dealers’ tips to managers to make up for pay inequities has caused unrest at the casino. The NLRB has filed a complaint, saying Wynn threatened dealers who complained about the new policy with job or wage losses if they protested the policy or joined a union. (Updated April 2007) |
