Many of the more technical appendixes in the previous edition of the text have been moved now to the Web/CD Appendixes to create a more streamlined and user-friendly text. Refer to the Web/CD Appendixes for quick and easy access to valuable solutions, equations, and data. (Note that not all chapters have Web/CD Appendixes.)
Instructions:
Click on an appendix number to download the PDF for that appendix. If a PDF
automatically opens within your browser when you click on a link, you may hit
the back button and right-click on the link. Then choose "save target
as" (or "save link as") from the menu that appears. You can then save the file
to the location of your choice. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view
the Web/CD Appendixes and may be downloaded for free from the Adobe
Web site.
