Thank you to all the participants in the essay
contest! Students showed insight and creativity in identifying
a challenge that economic policy makers are likely to face in
the coming years. Due to the large number of very good entries,
we have extended our award winners to five. Each winner receives
a $500 scholarship from Harcourt College Publishers. Here are
