When your professor uses Principles of Economics, 3e by N. Gregory Mankiw
(any of the 5 versions of the text) for your principles course
during the FALL 2003 term or SPRING 2004 term you are eligible to win
one of ten $500 scholarships offered by South-Western
Publishing.
To win, submit
a 600-word essay on the topic below by June 1, 2004 for the Spring
2004 term (essays will not be returned). Include your name, address,
email address (only your name and school name will be posted on the Web
site), your school name, professor's name, course title, course number
and section number (if it applies) as well as the title of your principles
text by N. Gregory Mankiw. This information must be included with your
essay to ensure eligibility for the $500 scholarship.
The scholarships
will be awarded on June 15, 2004 for the Spring 2004 term. Each
of the winners will receive a $500 scholarship
from South-Western. The winners will be posted to this Web support site.
